AMARILLO - One Amarillo teacher has stepped away from textbooks to promote a book he wrote. Mark Williams teaches at north heights and he was at Barnes and Noble Saturday.

Williams is promoting his sixth book. This one's called "So Many Fish, So Little Time: 1001 of the World's Greatest Backcountry Honeyholes, Trout Rivers, Blue Ribbon Waters, Bass Lakes, and Saltwater Hot Spots." Quite the title, but he says it's quite the book too. "I don't like to do anything small, so I decided to do the top 1001 places in the world to go fishing. It's a combination of 20 years of travel and getting to fish."

Williams says the book is meant to inspire daydreams because it's like a wish list of all the places in the world to go fishing.
