Ten Years Probation for Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child

DONLEY COUNTY -- A Lelia Lake man gets ten years of probation for aggravated sexual assault of a child.
Larry Mario Jaramillo, 38, pleaded guilty, he'll also have to pay a $5,000 fine to Donley County, where he was arrested and where the offense took place, and court costs.
If he violates his probation Jaramillo could face up to 99 years or life in TDCJ.
The offense happened back in April of this year.
