More Join in Jet Blue Lawsuit

NEW YORK -- Twenty-four more people have added their names to a federal lawsuit against Jetblue Airlines because of the events that led to an emergency landing here in Amarillo.
The original complaint was filed in June in New York Superior Court by ten passengers, but was later moved to federal court.
The lawsuit claims Jetblue knew beforehand pilot Clayton Osbon was not fit to fly.
The flight had to land here back in March after Osbon had what was described as mental breakdown during the flight.
Osbon has spent the last couple of months under supervision of mental health doctors in a federal facility.
