APD Searching Lawrence Lake in Lubbock Doctor's Murder

AMARILLO -- Amarillo Police are searching Lawrence Lake near Western Crossing in the murder of Lubbock Doctor Joseph Sonnier III.
Police have been out at the lake since 8 a.m.
David Neal Shepard was on hand to help in the investigation.
Dr. Mike Dixon and David Neal Shepard are accused of murdering Sonnier in a murder for hire scheme in July. Dixon allegedly paid Shepard with three silver bars to kill Sonnier.
