Salvation Army Serves Hundreds this Holiday

The Salvation Army in Amarillo served up Thanksgiving dinner to those in need on Thursday.
According to Major Harvey Johnson, the local Salvation Army typically serves around 300 people at this annual Thanksgiving meal.
This year, they prepared 27 turkeys, and 12-14 pans of all the side dishes. It was enough to serve 600 people.
