Armed Robbery at Local Motel on Soncy

AMARILLO -- Thursday night, Amarillo Police were called out to an armed robbery at the Comfort Inn and Suites at 2300 Soncy.
Police say two female employees were in the business when it was robbed. The suspects asked about room rates and then one of the men produced a handgun and told the employee to give him all the money.
The employee opened the cash register drawer and gave the man the contents of the drawer. Both men then left the motel.
No one was injured and there have been no arrests.
