Nine File Suit Against Bovina City Officials

BOVINA -- Nine people in Bovina have filed suit against the City of Bovina and several current and former city officials.
The lawsuit claims numerous incidents of harassment and extortion by city employees.
The suit names a former city manager, a municipal judge, a former police chief and three former officers.
The suit was filed last week.
The city has not filed a response yet.
