High Plains Water District Board of Directors Elect 2013 Officers

AMARILLO -- Lynn Tate was elected President of the High Plains Underground Water Conservation District Board of Directors during their Jan. 22 regular meeting.
Tate is Precinct Four District Director representing the portions of Armstrong, Deaf Smith, Potter, and Randall Counties in the district.
James Powell of Lubbock was elected Vice-President. He is Precinct One District Director representing the portion of Crosby County within the district, Lubbock County, and Lynn County.
Mike Beauchamp of Friona was elected Secretary-Treasurer. He is Precinct Three District Director representing Bailey County, the portion of Castro County within the district, and Parmer County.
