Update: 10-Year-Old Victim Goes to School Official to Report Sexual Assault

UPDATE -- This morning, the 47th District Attorneys Office issued a complaint charging Pnah with four counts of aggravated sexual assault of a child under the age of 14.
AMARILLO -- Amarillo Police investigated a compalint of sexual assault in a North Amarillo Home on January 25.

The female child victim contacted a member of the school staff and reported that 22-year-old Pah Pnah, whom she knew, had gotten into bed with her and engaged in sexual intercourse with her earlier that day.
The victim was interviewed at The Bridge. That same afternoon, Pnah was located in a vehicle in the 2400 block of Amarillo Boulevard East and accompanied officers to the Police Department.
Subsequent investigation led to Pnah being arrested and booked into the Potter Co. Correctional Center on a charge of aggravated sexual assault of a child.
