Dalhart ISD Takes Precautionary Measures to Protect Students

DALHART -- A Dalhart school received a call against a family that had children in an elementary school.
The district took precautionary measures by locking and manning the doors around 10:30 this morning. The school district remained under precaution till 2 p.m. Some parents picked up their children.
The Sheriff's department found out that the person making the threats was not in the state at the time of the threats.
