Amarillo Historical Museum Hosts Grand Opening March 9

AMARILLO -- The Amarillo Historical Museum is hosting its Grand Opening & Open House on Saturday, March 9, from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. at 211 SE 17th Street, Room 217.
The museum, founded by the pioneer Amarillo Warren family has chosen this date to honor the late C.A. Warren. It would have been his 106th birthday.
The museum features many historical items from early Amarillo to the present, including the 1st rail from the railroad that came to Amarillo, many antique photographs & newspapers of early Amarillo and a display of items that will change frequently based on interest.
