Sunday Shooting at Midnight Rodeo

AMARILLO -- Amarillo Police were called out to an early morning shooting Sunday at Midnight Rodeo.
Amarillo Officers arrived just after 2 a.m. to discover an employee heard a loud pop and had been shot in the back. Other individuals reported hearing the same sound and noticed a window on the front door now had what appeared to be a bullet hole in it. No one reported seeing any vehicle outside at the time of the shooting and it is undetermined where the shot may have come from.
The victim was transported to a local hospital where he was treated for non-life threatening injuries.
