Lady Buffs Split On Final Day Of Crossover

TOPEKA, Kan. - The No. 17 West Texas A&M volleyball team split a pair of matches during play on the final day of the 2007 Premier Mortgage Washburn Lady Blues Classic Saturday, defeating Western Missouri in three games (27-30, 30-28, 30-18 and 30-23) before falling to tournament-host Washburn in straight games (30-28, 30-14 and 30-25).
The Lady Buffs' record now stands at 19-7 on the season and they will be back in action on Wednesday when they host St. Mary's in a 7 p.m. match-up at "The Box."
