Dr. Sue Hubbard (Chief Medical Editor) is a native of Washington, D.C. She came to Texas to attend the University of Texas at Austin and has never left. After graduating from UT with a degree in Biology (with Honors) she moved to Houston to attend The University of Texas Health Science Center Medical School where she graduated with honors and was a member of Alpha Omega Alpha honors medical fraternity. Dr. Hubbard did her pediatric internship at the University of Texas Galveston and then completed her residency at U.T. Southwestern Medical Center and Childrens Medical Center Dallas. Upon completion of her residency she joined Pediatric Associates of Dallas where she was the first female doctor in the group and has continued to practice there for past 20 years.
Dr. Sue enjoys seeing children of all ages, but has had a special interest in adolescent medicine and continues to see her patients from cradle through college.
From 1997 to 2002, Dr. Sue was a regular contributor to WFAA-TV (ABC) show "Good Morning Texas". She has been named "Best Pediatrician" in Dallas by D Magazine and has also been listed in Texas Monthly as a Super Doctor. Dr. Sue has also been awarded the Katherine Ripley Award for Electronic Media and is a member of American Women in Radio and Television. She has been interviewed by numerous magazines including Parents, Womans Day and Real Simple.
She is married to real estate executive Lee Coleman and has three boys that have been the joy of her life. They are now ages 27, 24 and 21 and continue to educate her, in her role as a parent and pediatrician. The learning never ends!! E-mail drsue@kidsdr.com
Dina Conte Schulz (President) is a 25 year news and entertainment veteran. She began her career with WNBC-TV News in New York working her way from a production assistant to a segment producer. She also worked on several shows including The Prime of Your Life and Christmas in Rockefeller Center. Dina worked for Phil Donahue as an associate producer for Donahues book-turned-prime time special The Human Animal. After five years in New York City, Dina crossed the river to New Jersey (her home state) and helped launch CNBC-TV in prime time.
After four years, Dina returned to New York and worked with NBC daytime as a segment producer for a magazine show that introduced Gayle King to a national audience. She returned to CNBC as the producer of The Money Club which was honored with a national CableAce Award, the first such award for the network. As CNBC continued to grow, Dina media trained print reporters from Time, Forbes and Business Weekly, transitioning them from print to TV.
In 1997, she moved to Texas as a media consultant for Audience Research and Development eventually working for AR&D client WFAA-TV. She was the senior broadcast producer when "Good Morning Texas" was nominated for its first Emmy Award. GMT went on to win an Emmy for Best Interview/Talk Program under Dinas leadership. In 2000, she was honored by the American Women in Radio and Television with a Gracie Allen Award for Best Individual Achievement by Individual Producer. By far, The Kids Doctor is the most rewarding experience of her career. Using the media to prepare parents for the toughest job in the world (parenting) is exceptionally gratifying.

Todd Storch (Vice President) brings over 20 years of experience as a senior executive in sales in the radio and digital media worlds. He has extensive experience in start-up companies and has helped companies build their Digital and Interactive divisions. Todd has a BBA in Accounting from Texas A & M University.
Todds experience ranges from Big 8 accounting work where he helped to take companies public and also worked on the first Operational Consulting team at Arthur Andersen. He was later VP of National Sales and National Sales Director for CBS stations including The Texas Rangers Radio Network and Susquehannas 4 station cluster in Dallas/Ft. Worth which included 1310 the Ticket (KTCK-AM) and 99.5 the Wolf (KPLX-FM); General Sales Manager for CBS and Susquehanna where he had a stellar career in media and digital media.
He then was a Vice President at CSS, the Center for Sales Strategy, a leading consulting and think tank for digital and med ia sales.
While touched by personal tragedy and the death of his 13-year-old daughter he and his wife started Taylors Gift Foundation whos mission is to increase organ donation to Regift Life, Renew Health and Restore Families.
As Founder and President of Taylors Gift Foundation, organ donation registrations in the United States have increased over 3% and in his home state of Texas, over 1,600,000 have registered. Todd brings a wealth of knowledge as a speaker, author, strategist and innovator. todd@kidsdr.com
Del MacLaren (Producer) is an award-winning producer and photojournalist, and writer for The Kids Doctor website.
She joined WFAA-TV in Dallas Texas, as a production assistant for the stations locally produced "PM Magazine" show, but it wasnt long before she became one of the first women photojournalist in the North Texas area.
In 1995 she moved into producing as a member of the original locally produced "Good Morning Texas" show. In 2000, the show was nominated for its first Emmy under the leadership of Dina Conte Schulz.
Dels media career has provided her with several awards including (3) Dallas Katie Excellence in Broadcasting Awards, The Barbara Jordan Humanitarian Media Award, National Daytime Emmy Finalist for Best Documentary, and The Dallas / Fort Worth Hospital Council Media Award.
Del says that one of her most rewarding online and social media adventures has been her relationship with The Kids Doctor website. "Im really excited about being a part of this dedicated group as they reach out to parents, caregivers, and parents-to-be. Being able to provide current information on family health and well-being is really a joy and a privilege."

Chef Tom Fleming has achieved national recognition and awards for his culinary accomplishments at some of the worlds best restaurants. A proven leader in the kitchen, Fleming has graced the pages of Bon Apptit, Southern Living, Gourmet, Esquire and USA Today, and has earned the James Beard Foundations award for "Best New Restaurant." From graduating second in his class from his studies of classical French cooking at Kendall College, to France, Chicago and Dallas, Fleming has been involved in successful restaurants around the world and is known for bringing menus to a new level of culinary excellence.
Tom is the executive chef/owner of Crossroads Diner hailed by The Dallas Morning News as "Dallass new breakfast mecca" and by Bon Appetite as one of the top 10 diners in the country!
Tom served as the executive corporate chef with Preferred Restaurant Management Group. Prior culinary achievements include executive chef of Central 214, voted "Best Dinner and Then...?" by the Dallas Observer.
Fleming also served as executive chef at Old Hickory Steakhouse at the Gaylord Texan Resort & Convention Center. Under his leadership the restaurant garnered several coveted awards including: "Top 10 Best New Restaurants in 2004" - The Dallas Morning News; "Best Dessert, 2004" - Dallas Observer; "Whats Hot: Dallas" - Nations Restaurant News; and several favorable reviews from D Magazine. He also added his creative influence to Lobster Ranch, Lombardi Mare and Pappas Brothers Steaks. Flemings position and contribution to other Dallas kitchens include serving as chef de cuisine at Mediterraneo and executive chef of the famed Riviera.
Before moving to Dallas in 1997, Fleming lived in Chicago and worked under the tutelage of his mentor Chef/Proprietor Jean Joho at Everest. After five years at Everest, Fleming opened Brasserie Jo for Joho, which later won the James Beard Foundation Award for "Best New Restaurant." Directly upon graduation from Kendall College, Fleming moved to France where he cultivated his career throughout the country.
Tom serves on many community boards including Dallas Farmers Market, Signature Chef Series and The American Egg Board.
