Dance Team Tryouts
The Amarillo Dusters announced today the details for the THIRD AND FINAL Duster Darlins Dance Team tryout for the 2008 af2 season.

The tryout will take place Sunday, Jaunary 20 at The Civic Center . Registration begins in the SOUTH EXHIBIT HALL room at 1:30pm. The tryout fee is $25.00, and is payable to via cash only.

Lacy Ratliffe, a 4-year member of the Duster Darlins, is the Dance Team Coordinator for 2008. She will conduct the camp and provide instruction.

Prospective dancers must present themselves in the following manner:

1) Participants must be at least 18 years of age and provide proper i.d.
2) SPORTS BRA or CROPPED-TOP THAT REVEALS MIDSECTION
3) Hot pants, dance pants, sofe shorts, or volleyball shorts only
4) Jazz shoes, jazz sneakers, character shoes, or tennis shoes only
5) Hair must be worn down

All prospective dancers must be available to make public appearances with local media outlets at local businesses, schools, and events. The Duster Darlins not only provide exciting entertainment to fans throughout each home game, but they play an active role in the community through schools and with various charitable organizations throughout Amarillo.
